Types of Automated Each Picking

Goods to Person

Robots transport eaches (individual SKUs) to a human picker at a workstation. Pick to light systems provide cues for fast, accurate each picking.

Person to Goods

System-directed picking directs employees via AMR to optimal pick locations, based on real-time system directed picking algorithms and dynamic zoning, through discrete, zone, batch, cluster and autonomous picking as needed.

Robotic Piece Picking

Robotic arm systems autonomously handle retrieval of eaches from an ASRS.
