Combine, Separate, Load & Outload

Many technology providers leave it up to their customers to manage the handling of completed orders during the fulfillment process. As a customer of our own technology, we know that a holistic approach is far more efficient. So we created the Combine+Separate Machine, an automated solution for storing completed orders within the OSRS grid.

The Combine+Separate Machine replaces complex, costly and risky integration of extra equipment & processes by automating the insertion and removal of delivery containers into plastic and metal storage bins for secure, traceable transport in the grid. It optimizes the flow of these containers to and from pick stations, and to outbound processes (e.g. by store aisle for retail store replenishment delivery), reducing human touchpoints.

Integrated with our Warehouse Execution System (WES) software, the Combine+Separate Machine enables high-throughput, flexible picking within the grid, supporting pre-picking, buffering, and sequencing for dispatch on specific routes without any single point of failure.

The machine eliminates a costly need for extra conveyor, third-party systems and floorspace by simply buffering picked orders back into the grid for temporary storage—all while using customers’ own delivery containers.
