From adding conveyor to goods to person automation to pick-to-light technology, these solutions were all very complex deployments. As orders come in, Packsize analyzes and efficiently cubes orders to optimize packaging. 6 River Systems intelligently allocates orders to optimize workflows and pick paths.

Within the aisle, 6 River Systems autonomous mobile robot Chuck, supports packing custom quantities of SKUs with an integrated mobile printer and accessory bag dispenser. When orders are fully picked and hit the conveyor at unloading, Legend Valve’s ERP, JD Edwards, is updated with the status.

The Chucks carry all required items for the picker, from the mobile printer to the packing supplies and bags. The 6 River Systems’ solution has reduced worker fatigue by eliminating manual processes.
